Cell Shooter is an interactive viewer intended to discover potential drug targets for clusters from single-cell tumor profiling data. After uploading your own single-cell data or choosing from a couple example datasets, dimensionality reduction with PCA and automatic identification of clusters with the Leiden algorithm is performed. Users can click on data points in the viewer to select a source and target cluster. Then, by clicking on the Submit button, DGE analysis finds the most differentially expressed genes, which are submitted to SigCom LINCS and queried on the LINCS L1000 dataset to find the top-ranked reversers and mimickers that may push cells in the desired direction.

SigCom LINCS is a webserver that facilitates Cell Shooter's analysis by providing a rapid signature similarity search against searchable signatures from LINCS, GTEx, and GEO. https://maayanlab.cloud/sigcom-lincs/#/
